PPG Members will be working on following up on a number of important areas identified in the responses in the following months and information on what we are doing will be reported on here. We have already started investigations regarding some access issues at the Sedlescombe surgery and are inviting some people who made specific comments to discuss these with staff.
Unfortunately due to COVID it has not been possible to carry out another survey. The PPG will consider a new survey in the future.
