Complaints and compliments

If there is something you want to say about the service we provide, please let us know. We pride ourselves in listening and welcome your feedback. You can write to us, call us or put your view face to face. The best way to make comments or suggestions however is to complete one of the feedback forms which are available from reception at both sites.

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint to make regarding the services we offer, please write to or arrange a telephone call/meeting with our Practice Managers Georgina Cooke or Kelly Henham.

A copy of our complaints procedure is available from the practice.

All complaints will be treated as confidential.

If you are not satisfied with the ways in which the practice has dealt with your complaint, you may wish to contact the East Sussex ICB or the local Healthwatch.
