We have learnt that there can be an issue when using the google chrome web browser to request medications from the practice website. It can fail to show the online form, but this can be fixed by clearing your browser history fully including the cache. It currently does not appear to be an issue for other web browsers.
Google Chrome web browser settings can be found by clicking on the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the web page. Scroll down and click delete browsing data and this should fix the issue.
