This Surgery is operating a online/telephone consultation system as advised by NHS England.
At times you may be requested to submit a picture by the GP or Nurse to aid the Consultation via a digital link that will be sent to you direct from the Surgery.
Please be assured that any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation, will be stored within your clinical notes.
